Dispute Resolution

Ltd. website shall be referred to the sole Arbitrator appointed by the Managing Director of Ayurveda House Pvt. Ltd. in accordance with the law. The venue of such arbitration shall be at New Delhi, India and the award of the Arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under these Terms and Conditions shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to these Terms and Conditions, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

Business transfer clause
For BUSINESS TRANSFERS AND AFFILIATES : In the event that we are involved in a bankruptcy proceeding, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as a part of that transaction. We may also disclose information about you to our corporate affiliates in order to help provide, understand and improve our Services and our affiliates’ services, including the delivery of ads.

Section 10 : CANCELLATION, REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
An order shall be considered confirmed unless you cancel the order before Ayurveda House Pvt. Ltd. dispatches the products to you.
In order to cancel your order or to change your order, prior to the order being dispatched, you will need to call our customer service number for the same. Once the said order is dispatched to you, the said order can neither be cancelled nor changed by you. In case of returns, the product must be unopened and in the same condition as it was dispatched.
We shall not be accepting returns of products which are consumed or once opened.
In case of receiving a damaged product, you can contact Ayurveda House Pvt. Ltd. Customer care team within 3 days of receiving the product.
If you receive a damaged product, then the refund will only be processed once we have received the damaged goods (3-5 business days).
The mode of refund for all orders will be an online bank transfer.
Partial Payment Non-Refundable Policy:
By making a partial payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees that such payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy applies to all products and services where partial payments are accepted.

- All products on the Ayuvya Website are sold at the maximum retail price unless specified otherwise. Prices listed include taxes and are charged as displayed at the time of ordering. No additional charges or refunds will be made if prices change by the delivery date.
- Before placing your order, verify the total amount payable during checkout. The total charges will be displayed on the Website, and no extra charges will be applied upon delivery. If you choose cash on delivery, you must pay the total amount to the delivery person before receiving your order.
- PAYMENT
- When placing an order on the Website, you can choose from various payment options available. You must use your own debit/credit card or banking details for the transaction. Once security checks are verified through the secured server, Ayuvya is not responsible for any misuse of your debit/credit card or banking details and will not be liable for any credit card fraud.
